Her passion for living a balanced, healthy, holistic and heart-centred life stems from her struggles with anxiety, chronic body pain and digestive issues. She is particularly interested in the mind-body connection and the relationship between stress and chronic pain.
Cindy Willems is a registered acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists. She is a pain manager with many years of clinical experience behind her, using many acupuncture modalities to get to the root of your health problems.
Cindy has been teaching movement classes for over 30 years and Pilates for over 17 years. She has a strong understanding of the biomechanics of the body and how to support it as it ages.
